The Roller Grill RFE 16 C is a powerful, single-tank fryer with a 16 Litre capacity. The cold zone of oil, located below the element, helps to prolong the life of the oil. This fryer is particularly designed for fast food and restaurants, mounted on a cabinet and equipped with adjustable elements to adapt the power for the desired cooking of French fries, doughnuts, fish, and more.

The unit features 3 power settings:

• 4 kW for maintaining oil temperature
• 8 kW for cooking fresh food
• 12 kW for quick temperature increase and cooking frozen food
• This allows for full control and accurate adjustment of oil and energy consumption.
• Features include a safety tap for easy oil drainage, 180°C operating thermostat, additional safety thermostat, and a safety micro switch to ensure correct positioning of the element, along with a heat-resistant basket handle.
