Suitable for a wide variety of buns and rolls, the drawer is low maintenance and easy to clean. Built-in humidity controls ensure the contents are stored in the best possible conditions. At a 2/3GN size, there's plenty of space for the drawer to be used to hold fully-assembled hot dogs too – ideal for when you're expecting a lunchtime rush.
