Product Description

The heated showcase WD 780 D features a unique ventilated firestone heating system!

• The firestone, placed on the Incoloy heating element, accumulates, releases, and spreads the heat in the showcase. It guarantees a sufficient temperature (72°C) for meat-based snacks such as nuggets, meatballs, or delicacies.
• The 2 fans spread the heat evenly throughout the showcase.
• The electronic thermostat regulates the temperature from 20°C to 90°C with precision to the nearest degree.
• A water drawer allows humidity control, essential to keep sweet pastries and delicatessen moist and delicious.

This ventilated heated showcase, equipped with 4 LED ramps, highlights and keeps warm a variety of products including quiches, pizzas, fondues, meatballs, pastries, and more. The display is supplied with 3 grids (670 x 433 mm each) and can hold Gastronorm GN 1/1 dishes, 400 x 600 mm dishes, or 3 American dishes.

The professional showcase WD 780 D is very easy to use and clean.

The rear glass doors open at 180° for easy loading and service.

The grids and their supports, the stainless steel lower tray, the water drawer, and the firestone are completely removable.

The professional showcase WD 780 is available in stainless steel or black versions.
